As I frequently prepare dishes to a customer specification, it is not possible for me to simply identify allergens on my menus. I will ask you to identify any allergies among your guests. For your part, please let me know of any allergies when making your booking.
Whilst we have kitchen protocols in place to address the risk of cross-contamination of allergens, kitchen are busy environments so we cannot guarantee their total absence in our dishes.
